Product development requests moved through email chains and informal approvals with no central status visibility, no structured handoff between stages, and no documented history. Nobody could answer which requests were pending, who was holding them, or what had been approved for mass production.

What Was Built
A Google Apps Script web application that tracks product development requests through a structured multi-stage workflow — from initial specification submission through design review, approval chain, and final mass production sign-off. Every stage transition is logged with timestamps and triggers email notifications to the next responsible party. Token-based access control allows external submitters without Google accounts. Full admin panel for user management and configuration. Built entirely on Google Sheets — zero server cost.
